Your Role

In the capacity of SEA Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing search engine advertising strategies that enhance our market footprint and facilitate our expansion across Europe. You will oversee significant budgets, spearhead strategic marketing initiatives, and utilize analytics to optimize campaign performance. Your contributions will be vital in boosting our brand visibility and generating leads, which are essential for realizing our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute impactful search engine advertising strategies that align with Plancraft's overarching goals, ensuring a unified approach to digital marketing.
  • Oversee a substantial marketing budget, optimizing expenditures to maximize lead generation.
  • Take full ownership of all search engine advertising channels, continuously refining and optimizing tactics to achieve peak performance.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to assess lead quality and enhance targeting strategies, ensuring marketing efforts bolster sales outcomes.
  • Enhance and fortify the Plancraft brand within the crafts sector.
Compensation
The compensation for this role ranges from €40,000 to €65,000 annually, commensurate with your experience.Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SEA marketing.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, applying B2C strategies to engage a diverse target audience.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to adapt and deliver significant results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance.
  • A proactive learning attitude, continuously testing new strategies and technologies to remain at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
