Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director and Strategist to lead our new Creative Hub department. As the head of this innovative team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding creative and design services to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute client projects, taking ownership of conception, design, and production.
- Develop and present compelling ideas through concept presentations, captivating exposés, and storyboards, ensuring effective visualization through images.
- Think innovatively along the value chain, taking our customers and projects to the next level by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Travel to clients and serve as the primary point of contact for turning their visions into reality.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating resources and adhering to schedules.
- Guarantee compliance with customer briefings on brand essence, corporate identity, language, and visual language.
- At least seven years of relevant professional experience in the agency sector, preferably with a focus on brand or marketing communication, or a comparable area.
- Proven experience in managing diverse projects and proficiency in project management.
- Ability to drive innovation by staying up-to-date with industry trends, the latest technologies, and design methods.
- Experience with vision projects and the ability to develop long-term visions for creative projects in retail, airports, or similar environments.
- Aesthetic vision and dynamism, with an affinity for physical themes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage external and internal stakeholders and maintain high standards for quality and accuracy.
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to create expressive presentations.
- Ideal knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
