We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Total Rewards to join our Group HR Function. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in designing and deploying our compensation and benefits strategy across Bauer Media Group.
Key Responsibilities- Conceive and further develop our global compensation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement compensation and benefit structures for various countries, taking into account local market conditions and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain competitive, benchmark-based compensation structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans.
- Lead the global annual remuneration round, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bonuses and base salary adjustments.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance to determine, analyze, and evaluate personnel cost budgets and salary increase plans.
- Build, lead, and manage a team of Total Rewards Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Completed business degree and minimum seven years of professional experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in an international matrix organization.
- Proven track record of conceptual development and optimization of international compensation systems and structures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in implementing international projects.
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in SAP and SuccessFactors.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
