Role Overview

We seek a versatile product strategist capable of managing complex product and commercial challenges from start to finish. As an integral member of our product team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic direction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the entire lifecycle of product initiatives from conception to launch.
  • Tackling AI product and engineering challenges to create outstanding user experiences.
  • Engaging in daily collaboration with founders, executives, and development teams.
  • Working directly with our key clients to influence product strategy.
  • Defining innovative business and pricing models along with commercial standards.
  • Learning to effectively apply LLMs for sophisticated knowledge tasks in an enterprise context.
  • Contributing to the advancement of our product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • A degree or relevant experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • More than 2 years of experience in strategic roles within startups, consulting, product management, insurance, or software engineering.
  • Familiarity with the fundamental functionalities of AI and LLMs.
  • Initial experience in a B2B or commercial setting.
  • Able to think broadly while managing intricate details.
  • Strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Ability to navigate uncertainty and achieve results.
  • A commitment to ensuring team success, whether through testing new algorithms, reviewing insurance documents, or assisting colleagues with client presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience with non-life insurance products and processes.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Proficiency in German at a B2 level or higher.

Work Location

This position is remote. Our offices are located in Hamburg, Germany, and Athens, Greece. You have the flexibility to work from our offices or remotely from anywhere in the world (preferably within US/Europe time zones), with occasional in-person workshops in Hamburg or Athens.

Compensation Package

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, this role is eligible for our equity plan and bonus program.
