Position Overview

The Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales profitability, market penetration, and growth within the DACH region. This will involve effectively targeting new accounts and nurturing existing relationships to support Precisely's ambitious growth objectives and enhance our global footprint as leaders in Data Integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of Precisely's Automate product suite and effectively communicate its advantages.
  • Articulate Precisely's value proposition to facilitate meaningful client interactions across various business sectors.
  • Generate pipeline growth through strategic prospecting and lead generation initiatives.
  • Manage all phases of the sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue generation within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize Precisely's CRM to plan, execute, and document sales activities on a daily basis.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-sales and Professional Services teams to craft compelling business proposals based on Precisely's solutions.
  • Contribute to market strategy by analyzing market trends, competitive offerings, and client feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in enterprise software solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience with SAP is essential.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a strong ability to close deals, particularly in enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships at all organizational levels with prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, technical, and administrative skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
  • Good business acumen, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of information communication and technology concepts.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage time/resources for optimal productivity.
