Our DACH team is on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative who thrives on challenges, is eager to delve into the art of prospecting, and aims to evolve into a sales expert.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Aexus, you will collaborate closely with the senior management of 3 to 4 rapidly growing SaaS companies on their business development initiatives. Your primary objective will be to secure strategic business opportunities for the innovative technology partners you represent.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market analysis
  • Generating leads through online channels
  • Researching potential prospects
  • Qualifying leads
  • Crafting sales pitches
  • Planning market entry strategies
  • Executing strategic cold and warm calls
  • Managing pipelines and partnerships.

You will receive support from your Sales Managers and our Inside Sales Support team, all while enhancing your professional network.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with 0-2 years of applicable experience.
  • Interest or familiarity with the DACH technology sector.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • Analytical, resourceful, and persistent in your approach.
  • A basic understanding or interest in innovative technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and enjoy multitasking.
  • A creative mindset, always seeking new sales opportunities.
