Our DACH team is in search of a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative who thrives on challenges, is eager to deepen their understanding of the sales process, and aims to evolve into a sales expert.

Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Aexus, you will collaborate closely with the senior management of 3 to 4 high-growth SaaS companies on their business development initiatives. Your primary objective will be to secure strategic business opportunities for the innovative technology partners you represent.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market analysis
  • Generating leads (online)
  • Researching potential prospects
  • Qualifying leads
  • Formulating sales pitches
  • Planning go-to-market strategies
  • Engaging in strategic cold/warm outreach
  • Managing pipelines and partnerships.

You will receive support from your Sales Managers and our Inside Sales Support team, all while actively enhancing your professional network.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of applicable experience.
  • Interest or familiarity with the DACH tech landscape.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • You are analytical, resourceful, and tenacious in your approach.
  • A foundational understanding or interest in innovative technologies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and enjoy multitasking.
  • A creative mindset, always seeking new sales opportunities.

Our recruitment process includes three steps:

1. Initial screening call with a recruiter (including a reference check)
