Position Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Renesas Electronics is seeking a dedicated entry-level Technical Sales Engineer with a strong foundation in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering. The successful candidate will exhibit self-motivation, excellent organizational capabilities, and the aptitude to effectively manage their own time.

In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering sales growth and enhancing business prospects within a prominent industrial account in Germany.

Initial Training Phase:

This role commences with a 6-month training period as an Associate Sales Engineer. During this time, you will gain insights into the Renesas product offerings, opportunity management, and strategic business practices under the mentorship of seasoned Sales Managers and Application Engineers. Upon completion of the training, you will advance to a full Technical Sales Engineer position, tasked with driving revenue growth and managing accounts within the Global Account.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in German (both spoken and written)
  • Strong command of English communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • Fundamental knowledge of embedded system design
  • Enthusiastic, responsive, and results-oriented personality
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
