Technical Sales Specialist

The role of a Technical Sales Specialist at DENPAFLUX GmbH involves driving the sales of our EMC compliance solutions and services by utilizing technical knowledge and expertise. This position requires the identification of potential clients and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure. The primary objective is to achieve or surpass sales targets while fostering strong client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Acquisition:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events, specifically targeting organizations involved in the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic products.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring advantageous terms for both the company and the client.
- Conduct regular alignment meetings with existing customers.
- Propose customized additional solutions and service packages to clients (upselling).
- Assess current and future customer needs to enhance DENPAFLUX's product and service offerings.
- Maintain and manage customer data and feedback within our CRM system.
- Assist in sales financial reporting to support accurate strategic sales planning.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with technical and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively met.
- Provide insights from customer interactions to the product development team.
- Support the administrative delivery of purchased solutions and services to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of technical engineering processes and tools related to electronic product development.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical clients.
- Strong familiarity with engineering software and consulting solutions.
- Prior experience in technical sales, ideally within software or engineering consulting sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Relationship-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding customer motivations and building long-term partnerships.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
