Position Overview: The Technical Sales Specialist at DENPAFLUX GmbH plays a crucial role in promoting our EMC compliance solutions and services through their in-depth technical knowledge. This position focuses on recognizing potential clients and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure. The primary objective is to achieve or surpass sales goals while fostering robust relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:Sales and Customer Acquisition:
  • Identify and engage new sales prospects through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events, particularly targeting companies involved in the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic products.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring advantageous terms for both the company and the client.
Post-Sales Support:
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers.
  • Propose customized additional solutions and service packages to enhance customer satisfaction (upselling).
  • Assess current and future customer needs to inform improvements in DENPAFLUX's offerings.
Administrative Duties and Reporting:
  • Maintain and manage customer data and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Assist in financial sales reporting to facilitate accurate strategic planning.
  • Collaboration and Alignment:
  • Work closely with technical and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively met.
  • Share insights from customer interactions with the product development team.
  • Support the administrative execution of delivered solutions and services to clients.
Qualifications:Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Technical Expertise:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical engineering processes and tools relevant to electronic product development.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong familiarity with engineering software and consulting services.
Sales Skills:
  • Prior experience in technical sales, ideally within software or engineering consulting sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficient in identifying customer needs and customizing solutions accordingly.
Communication Skills:
  • Relationship-focused, with a genuine interest in understanding customer motivations and building long-term partnerships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
