DENPAFLUX GmbH is seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Specialist to enhance our sales efforts for our EMC compliance solutions and services. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively engage with potential clients. The primary objective is to achieve and surpass sales goals while fostering robust relationships with customers.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Development:
  • Identify and target new sales prospects through networking, cold outreach, and participation in industry events, focusing on companies involved in the design, development, and manufacturing of electronic products.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
Post-Sales Engagement:
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Propose customized additional solutions and service packages to enhance customer value (upselling).
  • Assess current and future customer needs to inform improvements in DENPAFLUX's offerings.
Administrative Duties and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate customer data and feedback within our CRM system.
  • Assist in sales financial reporting to support strategic planning.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Provide insights from customer interactions to the product development team.
  • Support the administrative aspects of delivering purchased solutions and services to clients.
QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Technical Proficiency:
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering processes and tools relevant to electronic product development.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with engineering software and consulting services.
Sales Competencies:
  • Prior experience in technical sales, ideally within software or engineering consulting sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
  • Capability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Communication Skills:
  • Relationship-focused, with a keen interest in understanding customer motivations and building long-term partnerships.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Organizational Skills:
  • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
