About the RoleThis position will be within the Fluence Digital business unit, where we use artificial intelligence, advanced price forecasting, portfolio optimization, and market bidding to ensure energy storage and flexible generation assets are optimally participating in wholesale electricity markets.
Key Responsibilities- Support our HR Administration team and take on operational, organizational, and administrative tasks in the HR department.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data collection, documentation, and archiving.
- Assist in the support of document management, personnel administration, and statistics creation and maintenance.
- Identify and take on tasks that need to be completed, and work independently to achieve them.
- Our task spectrum is diverse, and we encourage you to explore and discover your potential.
- You are studying Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field.
- You have initial experience in the mentioned fields.
- You have good and routine MS-Office skills (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
- You have experience working with IT and a structured and independent working style.
- You plan to study for at least two more semesters.
- You have very good German and English skills in writing and speaking.
- It's essential to have a positive attitude, fast comprehension, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new things, in line with our company values.
