Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Administration team by taking on operational, organizational, and administrative tasks within the HR domain.
  • Handle administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and archiving to ensure smooth operations.
  • Demonstrate a passion for efficient and transparent processes by assisting in document management, personnel administration tasks, and generating statistics.
  • Proactively identify tasks that require attention and take initiative to address them independently.
  • Engage in a diverse range of responsibilities, encouraging exploration and personal growth.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in relevant areas is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
  • Familiarity with IT systems and a structured, self-directed work approach.
  • Planning to study for at least two more semesters.
  • Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
  • A positive attitude, quick learning ability, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new challenges are essential, aligning with our corporate values.
