This position will be within the Fluence Digital business unit, where we use artificial intelligence, advanced price forecasting, portfolio optimization, and market bidding to ensure energy storage and flexible generation assets are optimally participating in wholesale electricity markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will support our HR Administration team and take on operational, organizational, and administrative tasks in the HR department. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the HR team
- Managing documents, personnel administration, and statistics
- Identifying and addressing tasks that require attention
- Developing and implementing efficient processes
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- First-hand experience in HR administration
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
- Experience with IT systems and a structured approach to work
- Good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
- A positive attitude, quick understanding, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new challenges
