Position Overview

The role within our HR Administration team is hybrid, requiring at least one day per week in the office. You will have the opportunity to contribute up to 20 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist our HR Administration team by taking on operational, organizational, and administrative tasks within the HR domain.
  • Engage in administrative activities such as data entry, documentation, and archiving.
  • Support efficient and transparent processes, including document management and personnel administration tasks, while also generating and maintaining statistics.
  • Proactively identify tasks that require attention and take initiative to address them independently.
  • Explore a diverse range of responsibilities, encouraging personal growth and discovery of your potential.

Your Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the relevant areas is advantageous.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word).
  • Comfortable with IT tools and possess a structured, self-directed work style.
  • Planning to study for at least two more semesters.
  • Excellent command of both German and English, spoken and written.
  • A positive attitude, quick learning ability, high motivation, and enthusiasm for new challenges are essential, reflecting our corporate values.
