Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our team in Erlangen. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and contributing to the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data collection, documentation, and archiving
  • Manage documents, personnel administration, and statistics
  • Support the implementation of efficient processes and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Studies in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • First experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word)
  • Experience with IT systems and a structured and autonomous working style
  • Availability to work at least two more semesters
  • Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
