Job Title: Strategic Account Specialist

At SunExpress, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, driving sales growth, and optimizing our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer price negotiations with key customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Calculate prices for full-charter operations upon request, providing accurate and timely quotes.
  • Prepare and monitor the signing process for seasonal contracts, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Offer tour operators and key customers new and existing routes for the upcoming season, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Prepare and update Master Agreements, Charter Contracts, and appendices, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Work with tour operators to plan new routes, manage cancellations and updates, and optimize seat allocations, price reductions, and side-letter agreements.
  • Optimize the functionality of our sales system for the Tour Operator Relations Department, setting up user specifications and generating change requests.
  • Act as the key contact for the Tour Operator Relations department, providing guidance on functional adjustments, change requests, and user guidelines.
  • Organize sales meetings to inform and coordinate with other FRA Commercial departments, driving collaboration and sales growth.
  • Represent SunExpress at travel fairs and tour operator presentations, showcasing our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a related work area.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with experience in airline or tour operator reservation systems an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German, with good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills.
