Strategic Account Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Specialist to join our sales team and drive revenue growth for SunExpress. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our strategic customers in the international market, including tour operators in the EU, Turkey, Egypt, and Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new partners and expand existing relationships
  • Negotiate prices and seat allocations with international tour operators
  • Manage the contract conclusion process, including seasonal contract renewals and incentive system development
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Represent SunExpress at travel fairs and tour operator presentations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with airline or tour operator reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel and represent SunExpress at industry events
  • Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills
