We are currently seeking a Global Product Development Manager (f/m/d) to enhance our Risk Prevention Business Division, specifically focusing on surgical products on a worldwide scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product management for surgical products globally, reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Product Management.
- Lead and motivate international cross-functional teams throughout the entire portfolio management process.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception and launch to phase-out.
- Ensure project steering and collaboration in alignment with HARTMANN standards.

Qualifications:
- Background in scientific or business-related studies or equivalent expertise through professional experience and development.
- Global experience in similar roles, particularly in tender-driven markets, with a focus on the Medical Device industry and products utilized in surgical environments.
- Strong market and customer orientation, complemented by proven project management skills.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German or another EU language is highly valued.
