Sales Director

ELP Consult Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director - Energy Sector to lead our sales team in the energy sector. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the energy sector.
- Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and guide the sales team to develop strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Forecast and Manage Sales Quotas: Establish and manage annual sales quotas to determine sales objectives and ensure the sales team is aligned with business goals.
- Build and Nurture Business Relationships: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to conduct market research, align sales strategies, and develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the energy sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English with proficiency in speaking and writing.
