As the IT Manager for Product Information Management Solutions, you will lead a team of solution architects and experts in the PLM domain, primarily focusing on Teamcenter. Your primary responsibility will be to foster collaboration across services to create a unified team that drives the design and implementation of business requirements throughout our PLM journey. You will facilitate global collaboration among teams, Digital PLM services, Digital PLM projects, and business units. How You'll Make an Impact
• Provide effective leadership and professional guidance for a team of solution architects and technical domain experts in the PLM Product Information Management workstream.
• Your team will be accountable for delivering solutions within Product Information Management applications (primarily Teamcenter) to fulfill business needs by utilizing shared knowledge and tools across platforms.
• Enhance project staffing by leveraging internal expertise and the extended capabilities of preferred external partners.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships, understanding their business requirements, and offering customized PLM solutions.
• Refine communication strategies and stakeholder management for PLM projects in collaboration with the global team.
• Ensure the development and availability of sufficient Digital expertise to meet the demands of Digital services and projects. What You Bring
• A degree in computer science, business informatics, mechanical engineering, or a related field is required.
• Over 10 years of experience in a Digital-focused role, with at least 5 years in leadership positions managing multinational teams, including offshore and nearshore teams, with an emphasis on PLM system design and processes.
• Proven expertise in PLM Product Information Management, with a strong understanding of business processes and solution design.
• Capability to operate under tight deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for global business stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills, including cross-cultural competencies.
• A strong inclination towards addressing challenging projects directly and delivering business value that satisfies customer expectations.
