Your Role:

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our offerings resonate with the market. This position serves as the essential link between our strategic objectives and the practical tactics required for success in Sales and Marketing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring market trends to identify the needs and challenges of our target audience.
  • Analyzing competitors and collaborating closely with Product Management and Sales to develop effective strategies.
  • Crafting compelling positioning and messaging for our innovative solutions to enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Creating impactful sales materials that empower our revenue team to engage the right customers at every stage of their buying journey.
  • Actively listening to feedback from the sales community to continuously refine our content quality.
  • Formulating global go-to-market strategies and marketing plans aimed at generating demand.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of your marketing initiatives and making necessary adjustments.
  • Fostering collaboration across various teams, including Marketing Communications, Product and Solution Managers, Business Development, and Sales.
  • Coordinating joint marketing efforts with partners and managing external marketing agencies.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Several years of experience in product marketing or a diverse professional background.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly marketing materials.
  • A strong understanding of the marketing funnel and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in ROI tracking and analytical skills to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with a focus on results.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across various organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with international business structures.
  • A strategic mindset combined with operational skills, demonstrating diligence and organization.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the Automotive Software Industry is preferred.
