Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the project, ensuring a seamless transition from contract signing to customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of service storage client projects, focusing on cost, timelines, functionality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and clients, including handling change requests and claims.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify growth opportunities and enhance the sales pipeline with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Define, design, implement, and continuously enhance the project management framework for executing global service storage projects.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding functionality and overall quality of the solutions provided.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in products and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, with over 5 years of experience in client-facing project management within the energy sector, particularly in utility-scale storage projects or complex services.
  • Relevant project management certification (PMP) and strong stakeholder management skills, along with a foundational understanding of stationary battery storage systems and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with service offerings, including long-term service agreements, performance guarantees, and field service operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage complex tasks in a diverse, global environment.
