Your role.
- You will oversee the global development of the Hydrogen Production portfolio, supporting our endeavors in the dynamic green hydrogen sector.
- Accountable for defining and executing annual development initiatives, including maintenance, engineering enhancements, and cost-effective design, all within the established budget and roadmap.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and business development teams to gain insights into market demands and value creation, effectively channeling customer feedback to inform product development and optimize solutions.
- Plan and implement strategies to enhance solution competitiveness, focusing on scalability and modularity, particularly in E-house solutions for hydrogen production power supply.
- Work closely with product line managers to ensure alignment on product development objectives and the selection of key technologies.
- Provide technological support for pilot project acquisition and execution, collaborating with sales and local teams on newly developed or optimized solutions.
- Foster a Frontrunner Mindset with a clear vision to identify and pursue market trends.
- Support regional and central partners through technical guidance, training, and interregional technology coordination.
- A master's degree or doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience with a technology provider or system integrator, focusing on power systems and solutions design, system design, and E-House conception.
- A solid understanding or eagerness to learn about energy production processes and power supply solutions, such as water electrolysis.
- Strong technical acumen to quickly grasp technological challenges and concepts, integrating them into environmentally friendly solutions while persuading broader organizational stakeholders of their potential.
- A collaborative team player, engaging effectively with regional companies, product management, and technical experts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with the structure, processes, and challenges of the green hydrogen market is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is a significant plus.
