Global Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team at Hermes. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address any issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses and needs, and use this knowledge to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage these trends to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the logistics and sales industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
