Regional Business Development Manager – Public Sector

Location: Global Opportunities

As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth, overseeing the onboarding of new clients, and focusing on expanding and developing existing customer relationships. Your daily focus will be on collaborating with our extensive channel-partner ecosystem to achieve greater market penetration. This exciting role will enable you to leverage your extensive network to identify, pursue, and grow business opportunities, while synchronizing with your manager and serving as the key interface between customers and all relevant divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing business opportunities and executing sales strategies through to successful closure.
  • Achieving agreed quarterly sales targets.
  • Establishing and managing a sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecasting pipeline performance.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development and training, as well as obtaining relevant certifications.
  • Participating in customer and channel-partner events.
  • Delivering webinars on current cybersecurity topics.

Required Skills:

  • You have a proven ability to sell solutions to public sector accounts, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • You bring a demonstrated track record of quota achievement and career stability, with experience in closing deals.
  • You possess excellent presentation skills to executives and individual contributors, as well as excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
  • You are an ambitious, independent thinker capable of moving deals through the sales cycle.
  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment and brings a daring, hunter-type mentality.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling network security products and services.

Education:

  • BS or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
