Our 3,600 square meter space offers private offices, coworking areas, and inspiring meeting and conference rooms. With our user-friendly online platform, members can easily book flexible spaces, bringing our vision of a perfectly connected work community to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
  • Manage computer-based administration, including membership platform, booking tools, online databases, scanning, printing, and mail and package handling
  • Operate the telephone system
  • Assist members with technical issues
  • Support facility and order management
  • Perform other related tasks
Requirements

We are looking for versatile and flexible team members who can support our daily operations. Key qualifications include:

  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in computer software, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Ability to navigate digital systems and quickly adapt to new software
  • Experience in administrative tasks, business management, and customer service
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and expression skills
  • Teamwork and self-motivation
  • Ability to take on diverse tasks
  • Meticulous and structured work approach
  • Fluent German language skills. English is an asset
