About the Role

We're UserTesting, a leader in experience research and insights, dedicated to helping organizations discover the human side of business. As our Enterprise Account Executive (DACH), you'll play a critical role in driving growth and revenue in the German market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a complex, solution-based consultative sales process to target strategic prospects and recruit them as UserTesting customers.
  • Analyze and proactively target high-potential departments within large enterprises to identify new business opportunities.
  • Articulate and demonstrate UserTesting's unique business and technical value to key decision-makers.
  • Execute end-to-end sales activities, including lead follow-up, opportunity qualification, sales process, subscriber acquisition, and retention.
  • Proactively develop unsolicited proposals to justify the expanded use of UserTesting throughout the enterprise.
  • Effectively forecast sales opportunities and track critical metrics to predict sales success.
  • Utilize the company's CRM platform (SFDC) to track all relevant sales activity.
  • Develop a plan to optimize resources and growth in the region.
  • Provide feedback to support future solution development.
About the Team

Our sales team in EMEA is diverse and high-performing, consisting of BDRs, SMB and Mid Market Account Executives, as well as our Enterprise and Global teams. You'll be supported by our solution consultants who provide expert guidance to prospects.

Requirements
  • Significant experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions with a proven track record of exceeding new-business quotas.
  • Flexibility to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience building relationships with Global 1000 senior executives, line-of-business, and digital marketing professionals.
  • Passion for working with emerging technologies and a desire to deeply understand and demonstrate UserTesting's functionality and use cases.
  • Experience executing a complex, solution-based enterprise sales process.
  • Ability to distinguish between activity and results, with a solid work ethic.
  • Experience with a structured value-based sales approach (MEDDICC is a plus).
