Job DescriptionRegional Sales Manager Germany

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the sales of our consumer electronics products in the German market.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing current open accounts in the CE market and seeking new opportunities to achieve best possible market penetration
  • Establishing and strengthening relationships with regional customers
  • Negotiating prices and commercial conditions with regional customers
  • Providing feedback on customers, competition changes, volume potential, price roadmap, etc. to refine sales and market strategy
  • Analyzing market statistics to define action plans to achieve assigned targets

You will be based in one of the following regional areas: East/South of Austria, Central & Western of Austria, Berlin / Hannover-Bielefeld / Kassel / Frankfurt am Main / Stuttgart / Hof - Leipzig in Germany, with headquarter in Munich.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5+ years in regional sales management and sales experience in similar role, with good experience in consumer electronics
  • Strong network and ability to approach the market and buyers
  • Skilled in developing close working and personal relationships with regional customers
  • Ability to create reliable monthly sales and demand plans
  • Plan & execute the annual budget at regional account level
  • Plan and implement effective online and POS marketing activities
  • Represent our TCL brand at national trade fairs and in-house exhibitions
  • Exchange information with the sales manager and other regional sales managers and work with them to implement regional activities in stationary retail

You will be a self-starter who thrives on working independently to achieve ambitious new business targets while actively engaging as a team member, adhering to company guidelines.
