Sales Manager Germany Carrier Networks

Corning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing sales with direct accounts and channel partners to increase Corning's passive optical footprint in Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline, provide forecast data, and other reports.
- Provide market intelligence and "voice of customer" input to other functional departments.
- Support regional marketing and market-communication events.
- Ensure adherence to Corning's business processes and policies.
Requirements:
- Team player spirit with high level of integrity.
- Hunting attitude, proven sales capabilities, and good presentation, communication, management, and negotiation skills.
- Relationship-oriented and result-driven.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Technical background, preferably in telecommunications.
- Solid technical and business acumen.
- Ability to interface with C-Level executives, management, and technical decision-makers.
- Native German speaker and fluent in English.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
