We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team at CoachHub GmbH as a Regional VP of Sales for Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to drive sales growth and expand our footprint in the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, manage, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Oversee and implement a strong operational rhythm around sales pipeline, forecast, and operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Utilize data to lead meaningful conversations with clients and team members, improving performance and accelerating customer transformation journeys.
- Relentlessly manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, and motivate the team to achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Monitor the market and competitive landscape, connecting disparate data points to find insights that drive sales.
- Represent CoachHub at industry events, act as a speaker and thought leader, and set the standard for sales excellence.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in complex B2B solution sales as an individual contributor.
- At least 5 years of experience directly leading a high-performing sales team in the complex B2B enterprise space.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and overachieving quarterly targets.
- Lived and breathed full-cycle sales across many roles, from cold call outbound prospecting to upselling large clients.
- Develop relationships that embody both personal connectivity and strong business value, demonstrating outstanding leadership.
- Consistently outwork others and apply a growth mindset to everything you do.
- Understand the value of continuous education through workshops, seminars, training, and coaching, and drive yourself and your team to consistently improve.
- Willing to travel internationally and domestically, with experience selling to HR/Talent/L&D departments a plus.
- Experience in SaaS/software sales is preferred.
- Must speak C1 Level German and Professional English.
- Must be located in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
