Key Responsibilities
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the sales of Consumer Electronics products in Germany, including TV and Soundbars. The successful candidate will be based in the assigned region and will work closely with the German Sales Director to achieve business targets.
The key responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager will include:
1. Sales Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned region.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional customers, including negotiating prices and commercial conditions.
3. Market Analysis
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide recommendations to the German Sales Director.
4. Team Collaboration
Work closely with the local marketing team to develop results-based trade marketing strategies and promotional opportunities.
5. Reporting and Analysis
Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the German Sales Director, including market statistics and customer feedback.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Sales Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in regional sales management and sales experience in consumer electronics, with a strong understanding of the TV market.
2. Business Acumen
Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, market research, and sales strategy development.
3. Communication Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
4. Language Skills
Fluent German language skills (C1) and basic English language skills (A2/B1).
5. Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of CRM tools.

The Regional Sales Manager will be based in one of the following regional areas:
East/South of Austria
Central & Western of Austria
Berlin / Hannover-Bielefeld / Kassel / Frankfurt am Main / Stuttgart / Hof - Leipzig in Germany, with headquarter in Munich
