As a family-run beverage consortium with multiple locations in Germany and France, we offer brand beverages that enhance daily enjoyment in the segments of mineral water, soft drinks, fruit juices, and beers.

Our structure is decentralized, allowing for a high degree of entrepreneurial responsibility. We coordinate and consolidate tasks and activities where it makes sense. Karlsberg Connect & Sales connects our people within the corporate group and our diverse brands. Our internal customers are supported through service areas such as IT, finance, and human resources. With our strong sales and export team, we market and distribute our extensive brand portfolio throughout Germany and, in some cases, internationally, particularly in the grocery retail sector.

Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d)

for the Berlin area

Your Responsibilities
  • You will manage our clients in the areas of convenience stores and trendy grocery retail, beverage wholesale markets, and gas stations in Berlin and the surrounding regions.
  • You will ensure product placement and brand visibility in these markets, guaranteeing optimal visibility and availability of our beverages.
  • Additionally, you will service key markets in Berlin with regular support for our primary, secondary, and cooler placements.
  • You will acquire new clients and inspire local stakeholders with our strong brands.
  • You will enjoy managing a diverse range of brands and work diligently to secure shelf space for each of our beverages.
  • Your creative side will shine through in your work and placements.
  • You will maintain data records to ensure our team can track your achievements in your region.
Your Profile
  • A keen interest in sales or prior experience in field sales or retail.
  • A successfully completed commercial training.
  • You can engage others, are communicative, possess a confident demeanor, and enjoy negotiation situations.
  • You find solutions to every problem, even if it requires rolling up your sleeves.
  • You prefer an active work environment over a traditional office setting and enjoy working independently in the field.
  • You hold a valid driver's license (Class B) and enjoy driving.
  • You reside in Berlin or the surrounding area.
