Current Opportunity: Partner Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer license compliance in alignment with company policies.
  • Conduct quality checks on leads, ensuring accuracy of company details and addresses.
  • Distribute leads to partners following established guidelines.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to successfully closed cases.
  • Maintain communication with external legal representatives regarding new or ongoing cases.
  • Generate direct communications with customers via email or letter.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners, assisting with daily accounts payable inquiries.

Lead Management:

  • Monitor lead distribution executed by the marketing team.
  • Follow up with partners on leads in accordance with reporting rules.
  • Provide continuous reports on overall lead activities and special cases to the designated manager.

Support for Sales Channels:

Assist the daily operations of the sales channel and remain open to new projects in this area.

Working Style of the Partner Success Specialist at Graphisoft:

  • Collaborate with sales and inside sales/sales operations teams.
  • Build relationships with partners' sales and administrative staff.
  • Engage with Graphisoft's global sales functions.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales administration or coordination is advantageous.
  • Entry-level candidates with the right personality are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required.
  • A business degree is a plus.
