Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Success Operations Coordinator based in Munich. The position focuses on daily activities that support customer success to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop onboarding materials, including guides and instructional videos
  • Analyze support inquiries and report findings to the Customer Success leadership
  • Provide daily summaries of general support requests, bug reports, and customer insights
  • Reduce the volume of support inquiries while enhancing the knowledge base for agents
  • Maintain and update the internal Customer Knowledge Base (Q&A Notion)
  • Manage inventory and procurement of software solutions
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, prioritizing effectively
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes for quicker service delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service operations or support
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify root causes of various issues
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are not required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in technology or business administration is advantageous
  • Proficiency in both German and English is a plus
