We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our technological sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in steering international steelmaking sales projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions, products, and services to meet customer needs
  • Acquire and retain customers through effective sales strategies
  • Launch new products and services in the market and provide market insights to our global management team
  • Conduct market analyses and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across all regions
  • Ensure effective communication between regions and negotiate contracts

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or a comparable qualification with a metallurgical background
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in sales and metallurgical plant construction
  • Strong customer focus and experience in managing international teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including demonstration, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Solid business-level proficiency in English
  • Ability to think entrepreneurially and work independently
  • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 25%)
