Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success with our software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and growth of our software
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points and opportunities for growth
  • Provide exceptional customer support through regular check-ins, training, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer success strategies and processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry (or related business)
  • Understanding of IT management and software development/operations in enterprise organizations
  • Ability to structure and prioritize work and work of others
  • 1+ year working knowledge with customer success tools, e.g., Gainsight (a plus)
  • Fluent in English for all territories; for some territories, fluent in additional languages is a must (German for DACH, French for France, Dutch is a plus for Benelux)
