A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MID-MARKET ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Driving the expansion of our subscription base is the primary success metric for this role.
- The Account Manager will cultivate existing accounts and develop innovative campaigns to meet and surpass sales objectives.
- Achieve or exceed daily sales activity targets through strategic planning of personal sales efforts and customer engagements.
- Maintain a transparent pipeline in Salesforce, adhering to all process requirements.
- Analyze sales data effectively to maximize the impact on the sales process.
- Embrace Altium's sales methodologies and processes, utilizing our established systems.
- Present the Value Proposition for Altium 365, our cloud-based platform, to engineering users, teams, and management, both in-person and online.
- Become proficient in the Altium product line and technologies to engage technical audiences confidently.
- Monitor competitive products and industry trends closely to remain informed.
WHO WE SEEK
- Fluency in Italian and Spanish is essential.
- A proactive approach to sales targets and professional goals, with a focus on quality and business success.
- A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales, telesales, or business development within the software or technology sector, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Known for persistence and resourcefulness in gathering decision-maker intelligence, with a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions.
- Organized, resilient, and tenacious in outreach efforts, with a strong focus on building new relationships.
- A collaborative team player who actively supports colleagues.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
