THE MID-MARKET SALES OPPORTUNITY AT ALTIUM

By joining this team, you will be part of a group renowned for its fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. The Mid-Market Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth, which has surged by 75% over the past five years, with a remarkable 23% increase from the previous year. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MID-MARKET ACCOUNT MANAGER

  • Driving the expansion of our subscription base is the primary success metric for this role.
  • The Account Manager will cultivate existing accounts and develop innovative campaigns to meet and surpass sales objectives, maximizing market potential.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily sales activity targets through strategic planning of personal sales efforts and customer engagements.
  • Maintain a transparent 3x pipeline in Salesforce, adhering to all Salesforce process requirements.
  • Analyze sales data effectively to enhance the sales process.
  • Embrace Altium's sales methodologies and processes, utilizing our designed systems.
  • Present the Value Proposition for Altium 365, our cloud-based platform, to engineering users, teams, and management, both in-person and online.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Altium product line and technologies to communicate fluently with technical audiences.
  • Monitor competitive products and new releases closely, becoming an expert on industry trends.

WHO WE SEEK

  • Fluency in Italian and Spanish is essential.
  • A winning mentality and a strong focus on quality and business success when approaching sales targets and professional goals.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in inside sales, telesales, or business development within software or related technology, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Known for overcoming obstacles and resourceful in gathering meaningful insights about decision-makers. You prioritize customer needs and strive for deeper understanding.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, ensuring clarity and effectiveness tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Organized, resilient, and tenacious in outreach, with a hunter's mentality for building new relationships.
  • Collaborative, action-oriented, and a team player who actively supports colleagues.
