About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Performance Expert to join our team at Hyundai. As a key member of our Sales & Service group, you will play a critical role in driving Market Intelligence for Aftersales and contributing to the growth of parts and Accessories sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Parts/UIO and Acc/NCS performance to identify best practices by product group and sales channel.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of alternative commercial targets, including profitability matrices and key performance indicators.
  • Manage the monthly P&A Sales & Profit reporting cycle with markets.
  • Support NSC's Commercial Strategy by providing tailored recommendations for implementation in their 2024 Commercial Business Planning.
  • Calculate and support P&A targets during negotiations with markets.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly P&A Performance Reports to markets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of quarterly P&A Executive Summaries.
  • Analyze the status of Commercial Structure & Strategy from G11 Markets and top Distributor Markets.
  • Conduct market analysis, including financial data, key performance indicators, and profitability streams.
  • Develop and monitor data quality metrics to ensure business data and reporting needs are met.
  • Gather information, conduct initial analysis, and provide sound business observations and rationale to support and improve NSC profitability.
  • Generate new reports to support team and department objectives and decision-making.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a University Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related position or specialization. You should possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as good presentation skills and experience with Excel. Fluency in English is mandatory, and other languages are an advantage.
