Department and Role Objective

Objective:
As the Sales Director for scale markets, you will be pivotal in enhancing revenue streams, increasing market penetration, and cultivating robust customer partnerships across Europe. Your strategic vision will be key in meeting sales objectives, nurturing a high-achieving sales team, and driving the overall success and profitability of the business.

Key Outcomes:

  • Revenue Expansion and Profitability:
    Formulate and implement long-term strategic business initiatives for scale markets and key accounts aimed at boosting net revenues and profitability, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and assortment strategies.
  • Market Share Enhancement:
    Identify and leverage new business prospects to broaden the company's footprint in the apparel sector across scale markets, thereby increasing brand market share.
  • Team Development:
    Recruit, mentor, and lead a dynamic sales team, fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and improvement.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to execute joint business strategies, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure contractual agreements are upheld.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership within the apparel industry, particularly in the European market.
  • Over 10 years of experience in wholesale across key European markets.
  • A proven track record of managing significant accounts and fostering high-level relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and managing P&L responsibilities.
  • Experience leading large teams across different regions.
