We provide cloud services for various clients, including well-known companies and numerous medium-sized enterprises and digital agencies. Our offerings encompass Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Managed Hosting, Dedicated Hosting, Cloud Consulting, Platform Management, and Managed Services.
Our objective is to become one of the leading Managed Cloud Providers for medium and large corporate clients. We would be delighted to achieve this goal together.
Responsibilities that excite you and us
Your support is essential.You are a team player and assist your colleagues from the Sales and Service Design teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and client meetings. We rely on you.
Structure and efficient processes are important to you, and you enjoy gradually improving internal workflows and evaluating new tools. You maintain oversight.
You will become the hero of our CRM system, knowing which tasks and appointments are next on the agenda. Digitalization is familiar to you.
You enjoy using digital tools and take care of data management in our CRM tools, supporting colleagues in order management, for instance, by entering services into our ERP system. You enjoy communication.
Even if you do not work directly in sales with clients, regular communication with customers, partners, and internal departments is part of your responsibilities.

Ideally, you have an affinity for IT. You have gained initial experience with CRM or ERP systems. Working with digital processes is not unfamiliar to you. Our clients are from the DACH region: Whether in writing via email, as a friendly voice on the phone, or in face-to-face meetings, you possess good communication skills and are confident in negotiating in German. You feel at home behind the scenes, handling back-office tasks diligently and accurately while keeping everything in view. We do not expect an IT specialist – ideally, you have a commercial or IT-related education or degree. You can structure your tasks effectively. We support you with our agile working methods, such as sprint planning and retrospectives. You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.Sales is not just about cold calling, field sales, managing your own clients, traveling, and so on? No problem With us, you have the opportunity to develop in various directions. You can either advance to a Sales Consultant or remain in the background and become a process expert for our digital development.
Your Team Introduction
The team currently consists of several members, all dedicated to acquiring new clients, processing orders, and exploring upselling opportunities with existing clients. Our services are always tailored cloud infrastructures and solutions for our clients. A significant part of acquiring new clients involves presales consulting and the technical design of individual solutions in collaboration with the solution architects of the service design team. From these designs, the sales team creates proposals for clients and presents them. For larger projects and tenders, meetings may also take place on-site with clients.
