Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Account Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and digital transformation across our Specialty portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Prebook Sales in Specialty - Deliver seasonal prebook targets across the Specialty profile, leveraging our BCOM platform and other technologies to facilitate a highly efficient, self-service approach.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data - Analyze and interpret data from across the organization to identify commercial opportunities and drive in-season sales.
  • Customer Service Collaboration - Work closely with our Customer Service team to support timely orderbook conversion and cash collection escalations.
  • MOR, LRN, and Blueprint - Ensure MOR and LRN are adhered to and take relevant action as appropriate. Ensure our Distribution Blueprint is up to date for the portfolio.
  • New Accounts - Coordinate the New Account process for the profile, supported by our Sales Ops team.
  • Sustainability - Look for ways to improve the sustainability footprint of our Specialty Account portfolio.
