Jobbeschreibung:

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Operations Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Division DSV Road GmbH in Homburg. Als wichtiger Teil unseres Teams werden Sie die Führung der Mitarbeiter in den Bereichen Sammelgutverkehr, Abfertigung, Umschlag und Packmittel übernehmen.

Aufgaben:

  • Führung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter in den genannten Bereichen
  • Stellvertretung des Senior Managers, Road National
  • Steuerung des Tagesgeschäfts mit den Teamleitern
  • Überwachung, Analyse und Optimierung der Abläufe
  • Umsetzung und Kontrolle von Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Führung von Statistiken und Auswertungen sowie direkte Berichterstattung an den Senior Manager
  • Selbständige Entscheidungsfindung bei Problemstellungen

Anforderungen:

  • Ausbildung zum Speditionskaufmann (m/w/d) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Bereich Landverkehr
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des lokalen TU-Marktes sowie Erfahrungen in der operativen NV-Abwicklung
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft
