Join Our Team: Facility Operations Manager at Fresenius Medical Care
Are you dedicated to enhancing healthcare services and improving patient outcomes? At Fresenius Medical Care, we are seeking a Facility Operations Manager who will be instrumental in overseeing the daily functions of our dialysis clinic, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, focusing on budget management, process optimization, staffing, and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal departments to enhance clinic performance.
- Supervise the Home Therapies Program to ensure high standards of care.
- Ensure the accuracy of records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial aspects of the clinic, including reporting and inventory oversight.
- Perform additional duties as required to support clinic operations.
Patient Care Coordination:
- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Facilitate patient care processes from initial admission through to discharge.
- Provide education and resources to patients and their families.
Staff Management:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of team members.
- Ensure all staff are properly trained and maintain current licensures.
- Support ongoing staff development initiatives.
- Oversee staff scheduling and payroll management.
Collaboration with Physicians:
- Assist in the process of granting physician privileges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians.
- Participate in the Governing Body to contribute to clinic governance.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
Experience and Skills Required:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare operations management.
