Job Title: Global Procurement Operations Governance Manager

Company: Fresenius Medical Care North America

Objective:

To formulate and implement strategies that align with the Supply Chain goals of Fresenius Medical Care North America.

Establish a global Procurement GBS process and enhance Source to Contract management capabilities.

Collaborate with Global Strategic Procurement teams to ensure coherence in procurement strategies and define the future operational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the transition and service delivery through a structured governance framework.
  • Evaluate and recommend new services for global category management and local procurement functions.
  • Create a comprehensive service delivery model to clarify future roles and responsibilities.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to secure support for strategic initiatives.
  • Align Procurement Best Practices and future strategies with Global Business process leaders.
  • Analyze and enhance the overall operational model and processes.
  • Conduct workshops for discovery and change management.
  • Design and implement knowledge transfer strategies.
  • Prepare business cases for modifications in operational services.
  • Coordinate workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in Governance and Reporting activities.
  • Ensure service delivery meets established quality standards.
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues and the mitigation of risks.
  • Manage knowledge documentation, training resources, and support materials.
  • Represent the procurement function during internal and external audits.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and operational objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field is required; an Advanced Degree is preferred.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in managing business operations and programs.
  • Results-oriented, innovative, and resourceful.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in supervisory or project/program management is preferred.
