Sales Enablement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Awin AG. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams with administrative tasks, presentations, benchmarks, sector analysis, and publisher recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare presentation pitches for the sales teams.
- Assess lead quality and assign leads to sales teams.
- Support the sales team with benchmark, gap analysis, and publisher recommendations for pitches.
- Support the sales team with RFPs.
- Manage, update, and continuously review sales documents.
- Provide support for ad hoc administrative tasks and prioritize these effectively.
- Provide support in improving quality and efficiency across sales teams.
- Provide support in sharing best practice across sales teams.
- Good standard of academic achievement (Degree).
- Confidence with dealing with people and interacting via telephone and emails with clients.
- Exude a friendly and professional manner with confidence working with people at all levels.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Be highly organized and able to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
- Have impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Be highly self-motivated with the ability to quickly acquire new skills.
