In the role of Sales Trainer at Wolt, you will take charge of crafting and executing comprehensive sales enablement initiatives, creating captivating training programs, and scrutinizing sales metrics to foster business growth. You will work closely with various teams to refine sales tactics and provide essential support to the sales personnel through effective coaching and resource allocation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sales enablement initiatives and training resources.
  • Create and present dynamic sales training workshops.
  • Examine sales metrics to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Merchant Services.
  • Oversee sales materials and deliver continuous coaching.
  • Evaluate and modify sales training initiatives for optimal results.
  • Establish connections with Onboarding & Support Team Leaders.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in German and skilled in English.
  • A minimum of 3 years in sales with a focus on sales enablement.
  • Deep knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a data-oriented approach.
  • Experience in creating and conducting sales training sessions.
