Job Profile
As a Business Travel Consultant at VistaJet, you will play a critical role in supporting the internal business travel department at our Hamburg office. You will be responsible for liaising with various departments to provide exceptional travel solutions to our flight crews and internal customers.
Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Booking and coordinating flight crew proceedings for their rotations, including flights, hotels, and rental cars, in line with internal travel policies and budget constraints.
- Arranging training and corporate travel, including simulator and check flights.
- Processing related documentation and issuing tickets and refunds.
- Performing general administrative tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- A completed diploma in Travel Consultancy or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of IATA and Central Reservation Systems, such as Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport.
- Good organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of travel tech tools, such as Cytric, Concur, Atriis, and Umbrella.
About the Team
You will join a young and dynamic team that provides support seven days a week, from 06:30am to 11pm. The team is committed to providing exceptional levels of service to our flight crews and colleagues.
