The VistaJet Travel team is dedicated to arranging business travel for all employees globally, addressing a wide range of travel challenges. Additionally, we cater to various external corporate clients with distinct travel requirements.

Established in 2004, VistaJet introduced a groundbreaking business model that allows clients to access a complete fleet while only paying for the hours they utilize, eliminating the burdens and risks associated with aircraft ownership. Our signature Program membership provides clients with a tailored subscription of flight hours on our iconic silver and red jets, enabling them to travel whenever and wherever they wish.

VistaJet GmbH operates under Vista Global Holding (Vista) — the leading on-demand charter operator worldwide, offering a unique array of companies that deliver asset-light solutions for all essential aspects of business aviation. Our clients benefit from a global fleet of over 360 aircraft, including Global 7500, Global 6000, and Challenger 350 jets.

We are seeking a Business Travel Consultant to enhance our internal travel department operations.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Business Travel Consultant, you will collaborate with various departments to deliver optimal travel solutions for our flight crews and internal stakeholders.

You will be part of a vibrant and dynamic team that provides support seven days a week from 06:30 AM to 11 PM. This position involves a shift pattern that includes both early and late shifts, with the flexibility to work remotely. Shift timings will be coordinated with your manager.

  • Coordinate and book flight crew travel arrangements for their rotations in accordance with internal travel policies, including flights, accommodations, and rental vehicles, while adhering to budget constraints and ensuring compliance with flight duty regulations.
  • Organize training and corporate travel (simulator, check flights, etc.).
  • Manage all related documentation.
  • Process ticket issuance and refunds.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English is essential.

A completed diploma as a Travel Consultant with a focus on business travel or an equivalent qualification is required.

A commitment to delivering exceptional service to our flight crews and colleagues is crucial.

The ability to think creatively, possess a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, and work effectively under pressure with meticulous attention to detail is necessary.

Comprehensive IATA knowledge, including experience with a Central Reservation System such as:

  • Sabre
  • Amadeus
  • Travelport

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the capability to work collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to work shifts and weekends is required.

Familiarity with travel technology tools such as Cytric, Concur, Atriis, and Umbrella would be advantageous.
